To Valvoline in Versailles... This is what you charged my teenage daughter last week for an oil change... She could have gotten it done at the dealer for less than this. Tire rotations are free at most places... a $40 air filter... holy God. The air filters were replaced by me on the last oil change. The filters are 21 and 12 dollars from greens Toyota. They didn’t even sell her Toyota filters. They sold her after market filters. This is what you did to a 17 year old high school student.
Waited for over 45 minutes and left. No explanation on the delays or anything. Seemed very understaffed.
Top notch customer service, I would rather drive from Lexington to get my oil change here than one of the many there.
