Horrible management no customer service at all will never go back to a valvoline
Pretty good service , they explained all the other services offered, oil change and new wiper blades, adjusted the wipers to work well, even got a veteran discount...
Have been here many times over the last 6 years and received great service. The last time we went on 5/2/15 was not good, we were treated less than the other customers because we were not purchasing extra services. The techs were arguing amongst themselves about who would be "downstairs" and seemed bent out of shape because we didn't want a new serpentine belt nor did we want a new air filter.
