I went for a instant oil change. I went in . The lady chats with customers and you can't pay attention to what there doing to your car. checking is one thing but this was not what happened. so apparently one of the employees ripped out my air filter broke the plastic part . now my check engine light is on saying it's my air filter. I tell them they ignore me. I wouldn't go to Valvoline in cicero it's going to cost you for the oil change also they don't ask or explain about ripping out your air filter in the first place. efficient crew, very organized, excellent attitudes and teamwork is obvious from the waiting room.
Stopped in to have my oil light reset after an oil change a couple weeks prior. Jack the asst. manager was very nice, reset my sensor and checked my oil just to be safe. I will be back.
