RecommendedChris, manager, over-the-top helpful and honest. He even showed me the air filter that was already in the car and said not to change it out until next oil change. It was cleanish enough. (My words, not his). Everybody was very polite and efficient! What a great experience! This was the store in Streetsboro.

We pulled up for an oil change and had to wait as all bays were busy. About 10 minutes later a pickup truck pulled up next to us. A Valvoline employee came outside, we thought to finally speak to us. I was wrong. The employee went to the pickup truck to speak with the driver - obviously someone he knew because they fist-bumped. Employee went back inside without speaking to us. CUSTOMER 25 YEARS....pull in tonight, told 25 min wait, ok no problem...Then they came out and said I had to pull out of line and let the other line in front of me. NEVER have I had to switch lanes. IF you are in a grocery store and the line you are in is longer than the other ones you deal with it. This may be OUR LAST TIME at Valvoline. Tallmadge Ave. Akron, Ohio
