RecommendedEarlier today I got my new plates at the BMV and I have pretty bad fibromyalgia, so I couldn't put them on by myself. After choking up the embarrassment, I pulled into the Valvoline today to ask for help. Your associate Jay was SO kind to me and refused to take any payment and helped me by putting my plates on. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for him today. He was so wonderful and kind. It's embarrassing sometimes to have to ask for help having fibromyalgia, but he thought nothing of it. Thank you so much Jay!
Had my transmission fluid flushed yesterday. Found fluid all over my garage tonight. Looks like the tech dropped the o ring in the pan! Good thing I have driven less than 50 miles. I will be waiting at your door in the morning. This needs to be resolved tomorrow. NOT HAPPY
The crew at this Valvoline is so friendly and informative. Rachel did an amazing job explaining what services my car needed and why, in a not-pushy, salesman sort of way. The guys who worked in my car were speedy, efficient and also very nice. I will definitely be coming back to this location!
Staff was friendly and helpful. The oil change and tire rotation was quick and had me on the road for my trip in 20 minutes =)
