The employee servicing me left his tools in my trunk while changing both light bulbs in the rear end turn signals. Got a call 45 minutes after I got home saying they want their tools back. I decided to be a good citizen and return them. I barely got even got a thank you for driving way out of my way to give them their tools back. They looked at me like it was my fault their tools were left in my trunk.
The staff was friendly and helpful and it was done fast!

I knew there was a reason I usually change my own oil. Just for fun I checked underneath once I got home. I am glad I did because the splash shield on my 40k dollar truck was only hanging on by one of the four of the attachment points. Must be that you actually have to be underneath the vehicle when performing the double checks before the vehicle leaves. They sure didn't check mine. Could hear the lower tech yelling from over on another bay that everything looked good underneath on my vehicle during the oil pressure run test... read more
