Sloppy work. Car leaked oil for two days from the oil drained from car. Took car back to to have it checked to make sure oil filter and drain pan Nut was tight.
Didn't quite understand why they had my car listed under anotehr persons name when they scanned the VIN. The car has been there in the past and nothings changes.
Had services done today. Brandon, Lamant, and another gentleman were all very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.
I have visited this Valvoline a few times now, since moving to the area last year. Every time I visit, I get the best service. Last night was no exception. The employees there go above and beyond, explaining maintenance on my car and even helping me find filters for my vehicle that they did not have in stock. Every employee I have encountered has been so pleasant and patient. I will always go to this Valvoline for my oil changes!
Brandon and the crew were helpful, friendly, and effective...and open at 6:30pm when I needed them! Highly recommended.
