Both my Wife and I brought our cars into Valvoline for oil changes. She drives a 2020 VW Jetta that has been serviced by the dealership. As of this week, the Car is leaking oil I have oil covering the skid plate and my driveway and the car is down about a quart of oil and this has been sitting for over 3 weeks as she works from home. Busy day today, but got right through, as expected. Angel was professional and friendly.
The customer Service at this location is under parts, while I was waiting when is the service techs walks up to my car with his arms crossed looking like he is in a pissed off mood didn’t get a hello didn’t get a walk in to Valvoline I felt like I was bothering them to do the service that they did.
