This valvoline is absolutely the worst place to take your car to get an oil change. They basically bullied me into spending $86 on oil because “that’s the only option for me car” and “chevy said”. Then after pulling out of the place my ac starts to shake my whole car and make an awful noise. I bring my car back expecting them to say that they put my air filter in wrong but turns out that my whole ac blower motor is broken and needs to be replaced. My brother went there to get an oil change. It was his first time ever going to get one by himself. They took complete advantage of him. They talked him into getting a full synthetic oil change for a 2012 Impala stating that it would void the warranty if he didn’t get that oil. Not knowing he was getting scammed my brother went with what they said and ended up paying $130 for an OIL CHANGE! Always polite and professional service. As expected they will try to sell additional services but not overly aggressive or rude about them. Very convenient.
Took FOREVER for oil change on new F150. They were discussing my vehicle and about plastic pan cap then they took filter out dripping oil. Their knowledge was not there except for two techs.
