Best Valvoline in all of Rochester, and the ONLY one I will go to!!! The assistant manager Shawn typically works on my car and is the GREATEST of all time! Polite, realistic, professional, & very patient and kind. I now live 40 minutes away and continue to drive to this location for service! Great job guys!!!
Very professional and helpful. They tried to add on a few things. But I only left with an oil change the reason I came. I will be back to get the rest of those things at a later date

Not worth it. Go elsewhere to get your oil changed. I have a 2010 vehicle and was told my ONLY options were a 59.99 oil change or an 89.99 oil change. REALLY? They didn't even rotate the tires and I don't even know if they topped off the fluids.
