Friendly, professional and fast service
I called the Wilmington pike centerville ohio location, after being on hold for over 37 minutes with no answer I had to hang up. I work in the same shopping center and I know there was one car being serviced and no other customers and employees standing around instead of answering the phone. This to be is very poor customer service as I was interested in becoming a valvoline customer as it would be very convenient being so close to work.

I paid for an oil change and tire rotation today. I found that one of my tire nuts was loose after I drove running errands. I called them and was told I would get right it, that didn’t happen. Then I was handed a coupon for oil change which I gave back, when it should have been a refund just for the rotation service. I have been a customer there for a couple of years. I was surprised and not happy.
If you have a certain type of Saturn, don't bother taking your car to this location or any Valvoline as they won't change the oil on it. According to Sterling, the assistant manager, he said that they've broken too many engine blocks on my type of car due to the way the oil filter is so my filter is no longer stocked there and my type of car is on a company wide ban to get an oil change there. So much for being oil change experts?
