Get rid of the manager who followed Bree. He's rude and not a people's person. Took my SUV in for an oil change and inspection. They charged me for both and didn't inspect my SUV. Two days later I applied for my sticker from the DMV online. No record of inspection. I unfolded the long receipt and there was no inspection report.
