RecommendedCustomer service is great. I always use my coupons so when I can't find it in my emails he manage to still give me a discount... they know me by name which I really like... I went to the one in Dekalb and it was 20$ cuz of labor fee anywho never again will I go out of my way!

I would normally give most businesses a thumbs up. But this time I will not. Maybe the communication was misinterpreted. But I do not like being fleeced. I would have asked for synthetic oil if that is what I wanted. Yes they gave me twenty bucks off of the synthetic, but when the manager says under breath just give him seven bucks off. That is very unprofessional. Thank you but no thank you. I will take my business elsewhere

Best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change! They were super friendly, explained everything, and were speedy!!! I was in and out within 20 minutes!I will definitely come back!
They completely fleeced my younger brother into spending 300 dollars on a "standard" oil change. The manager completely denies what they did. Telling us they did nothing wrong and will not refund us anything. We will never step foot in a Valvoline affiliate again. They should be ashamed of themselves
