On 3/11/20 I had the radiator fluid flushed and changed. When they were done there was radiator fluid all over the inside of the engine and pouring down the front of the radiator grille and bumper. When I pointed it out to the manager his attitude was F-You and refused to even offer to clean it up. He told me to just "go get a car wash" and it should stop smoking in a few days. Stay away! Spend an extra 10-20$ and have an actual mechanic work on your vehicle who actually cares and will warranty their service.
Hire better, competent, honest staff.
Hire better staff and train them better. And if its such an inconvenience to do the job right. Ill just take my business elsewhere.
I had a coupon and the guys were nice but I really was disappointed with the fact that I was told to YouTube how to get my oil light to go off...apparently they weren’t interested in doing it for me. Never had any problem with any other oil change. Ever. I definitely won’t go to that location again.
Worst oil change ever! They did not put all the nuts back on the engine cover. They splashed oil all over the engine and windshield and did not clean it up. After I told them about the nuts and loose cover they didn't even offer to fix it. Do not go here, much better places! The manager David Avila was not good to work with!
Do not trust this location! I went here for an oil change and they striped my oil pan, causing hundreds of dollars of damage to my car and leaving me with a car that leaked oil. They are under-trained and do not know what they are doing. I will keep this review up to date.
