Be careful they might forget to hook the wires back up and you will be stuck in the middle of the intersection with your young child in the back seat crying as people are swerving by and honking. Things happen but then you call the manager to let him know. I was expecting....I’m so sorry that happened. It was more of a what do you want from us? Very quick, courteous and very kind. explain everything that I needed to know plus got a discount.
More training for the techs. We have a 2018 Ford Explorer, one oil change they broke the glove box changing the cabin filter. Next oil change they didn't put the cover/scoop under the motor back on properly and it was hanging by the time we got home. Then the last oil change the same cover scoop on the bottom of the vehicle actually came off on the way home and hit the car behind us. So we will never be going back, I have been going to that location for 20 years.
Quick, speedy service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, even though there was a car in front of me.
Routine oil change left me stopping at another mechanic. they pulled the dipstick and it was overfilled. measured and it was 3 qts too much oil. managers want to do nothing and said tough luck. my van, with no issues prior, sounds horrible and need major work. they refuse to make it right. stay clear of these people. especially when they try to reference online forums for their information.
