I went to the Lighthouse Point. Florida location on Saturday morning. November 10, 2018. Nobody was there so I honked the horn. Someone came out and asked if I was there before. I said no. Then he said, "I would appreciate it if you don't honk." I said I would come back later. I honked the horn while leaving. This piece of garbage has no business doing customer service. I went there today my car was a complete mess and I was upset and Kenny helped me more than I can say. He went above and beyond and his customer service was top-notch so much so I contacted his corporate office to let them know he needs a raise. He’s truly a human angel...
