This company gets no stars from me but i have to put at least one to post! Im a single woman who went for a simple oil change and left with car problems!! My car was working fine before i came to Valvoline and by the time i left my car was smoking and running hot which it has NEVER done before! A simple oil change should not take an hour and a half.
