The employees Timothy, Patrick, and Graham were outstanding! They both calmed me down upon arrival and provided clear, detailed information regarding my car and oil change questions. Highly recommend and will visit this Valvoline location again.
I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for 15 years and have had great experiences with fast, efficient service. Today I experienced the opposite of whatever that is. Took an hour with only one car ahead of me that was already up in the bay. I felt like I was on the movie Zootopia at the DMV with the sloths at the helm. Find a new place while under this management. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.
This is the best Valvoline location. They have always taken great care of our vehicles. We have been going here for years. Shout out to Grahame for always being so helpful. Excellent customer service.
Had a disappointing experience at VA Online Oil Change on Franklin Rd. Despite only two cars ahead, it took 50 minutes just to start my oil change. The process felt slow and inefficient. Hoping for better service next time.
