They won't accept the face value on an expired Groupons as credit against the full cost of an oil change. When I tried to use the Groupon today, the guy told me that Groupon had messed up and put their location on the voucher and proceeded to send me to a Corporate-owned location. The guy at the Corporate location told me that the Donelson location has been doing this to customers. In and Out; ironically all the guys working kept asking the young lady working with them questions. My coupon was a Corporate Coupon so it was suggested to go to the website and I got an even larger discount.
