The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. They recommended additional services, but were courteous when refused and didn't try to push back.
The staff practically argues with you when you refuse to be bullied into an up sell. Today I came with a $19 conventional oil change coupon and was told they would not honor it bc conventional oil would “ruin my car.” Not only is this bull (it’s a Nissan, not a Porsche), but also they themselves have used conventional oil in this car before.
