DISHONEST UNSCRUPULOUS PROPRIETOR!!! – I too went in for an oil change. I live close by and have used them before and received coupons in the mail. I was use to being manipulated and pressured by them, but often times refused all their extra "suggestions" that jacked my bill up to $150 or $200, and insisting that i only wanted an oil change, where then the smooth talking mechanic ie (deal closer) would reply, "they charge even more at the dealership".
