On one of my last three visits there which is the only people that did my changes and top offs, put windshield wiper fluid in my coolant reservoir. Sucks big time and denying it. IT could only be them. Sept 2018-Dec 2018-March 2019
I had the oil changed in my car here yesterday. The staff were professional and knowledgeable and the oil change was performed quickly and efficiently. However, the person who changed the oil must not have re-attached the access panel in the engine splash shield that allows access to the drain plug and filter because about 20 minutes of driving later the access panel pulled loose and folded under the car, tearing all but one of the attachment points out of the undercover. Great quick service..for those complain about the price? Prices are reasonable for the service you get. Been a service writer for years and these guys are very good at their job. The prices are for the expertise and quality as well as the quick turnaround time. I used to do it myself but i would rather pay to have pros do it for 50 bucks. Great job at the Salem store guys! I just called simply to ask what time the garage closed hoping I could get an oil change. Whoever answered the phone was very rude. It was a little after 4:30 and I gathered from what I was told that the place would be closing at 5. The man on the phone never said anything about what time they close but instead immediately started talking about how if I was more than a 15 min drive from the location that they would turn me away because people who work there have to take the bus home.
