The wait is always too long. I have never been happy with the pushy up sell attitude. Today the inspector failed my car with 38k miles in it because the front tires were less than 1/16 under minimum tread depth. That is very subjective as I went right down the road to the tire store and they checked and said they were borderline depending on the groove you checked. Great customer service, Valvoline!
