Quality of service is taking a downward turn. Went in for simple oil change and got new wipers as well. Wiper was streaking so took it back for replacement and the "tech" had issues removing the newly installed wiper. After fighting with the wiper for about 15 mins, he finally removed it and installed a new one. I even said that I'd just do it myself if they give me the new wiper. I've never seen someone have so much problem removing a late model car wiper blade. So, a week later and the new wiper is streaking. Whatever bran... read more

When life is just too hectic to make an appt for my regular mechanic (whom I love) I come here. The technicians are some of the nicest, most obliging workers I have witnessed at just about any business. They are just so nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend.
Valvoline ripped off my 19 yearly daughter. I called for pricing and they charged her $30+ more than the quote. We have gone there several times in the past, NEVER AGAIN. I will take my business elsewhere.
went for an oil change today, glad to see they also could service my AC and while running their tests they notified me my battery was very low. My car is 7yrs so I had no doubt. One of the gentlemen noticed that the battery I had was probably under warranty, they quickly looked it up in the book (quite impressive since no one uses a book anymore) and happily let me know it was still under a prorated warrantly. Best place to get your oil changed. Super fast and you don't have to get out of your car. My experience was an okay one as the computers went down at the start of the service. The manager tho was quick to use paper receipts and the staff had excellent knowledge about the vehicles and were able to not miss a step. Keep up the good work!
Was in this morning (1st time) -- incredible service! Will definitely be back to have my car serviced.
