RecommendedI have been a loyal customer for over ten years. I have ALWAYS brought my own oil for one of my five cars and try to use a $19.99 coupon when I can find one. I have never gotten credit for the five quarts of oil that I pay for and do not receive and have never asked for it. I was appalled recently when I was charged an ADDITIONAL $15 for having brought my own oil. After 10 years of business, Valvoline is going to lose me as a customer along with my five vehicles and those of my family and friends.

I don't want to tell you about the issues I saw this morning.
Have been going to this location for years, and today was by far the worst visit I have ever had. Was told previously that if I brought in my transmission oil that it would be changed since you do not carry the type of oil my manual transmission requires. So it has been changed only a few times but I never had a problem till today. Second issue is I was told I had sealed ball joints and they don't require grease.
