They tried to charge me $100 for an oil change when other places quoted me $58 max for synthetic oil! Price inflation during this pandemic. Getting my oil changed tomorrow for half that price.
The manager Justin does not have people skills, absolutely no customer service skills. I drove into the bay crooked so the employees including Justin responded with an annoying grimace on their faces. I slightly embarrassed so i smiled. But when Justin approached my cab his annoyance carried into his voice. So I decided I better go somewhere else. So I told him "I change my mind Im going some where else. he said "what?"
