I am probably the best customer that they have at this location because I drove about a thousand miles a week They are always very prompt, courteous and professional I don't believe that I have ever spent more than 30 minutes getting my car serviced with them and that was with a complete tire rotation Most of the time a basic oil and filter change is in and out in 15 minutes or less They have an excellent system and the staff is obviously well trained and they work together like a well oiled machine, pun intended
Talk about world class customer service! I didn't have to get out of my car and all the technicians were so nice! Best of all - I watched them pull out MY filters to show me their condition and that made me feel like they weren't ripping me off my recommending new filters. Oh and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! 4 thumbs up (counting my hands and feet on this one �)
They rocked it! Never left the car and they walked me through every step.
Always very courteous and friendly. I have been bringing all my vehicles here since I moved out here in 2005. Thomas and Pete were great and I was done in literary less than fifteen minutes. Thank you!
