I was given a quote of 149.99 over the phone for transmission fluid change. I gave them the make and model of my car. When I get there I was told, "We can't do do just an exchange. We have to do a flush" Umm, no, I did my homework and I know the difference. So after telling him I'd go somewhere else to have it done the way I want it done, he changes his tune. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have now been on 3 different occasions, Every single time ALL the guys have been friendly, helpful, respectful and just top notch! Twice now I have been without my husband & no one pressures you to buy anything you dont need or trys to be shady. These guys will always tell you what you need and MAKE SURE you are safe to drive!!! Ive sat in the car with my children also and they are super friendly to the little ones, even while being speedy yet professional! Customer For Life!!
