RecommendedI am certain the rest of the team here is awesome, but my experience with Reynaldo, the manager, was stellar! My husband received an oil change here yesterday. This morning, his car wouldn't start! I called, spoke with Reynaldo. He went out of his way to come out to my home, and determined it was the battery. They are nice and helpful and they did stay later on New Year’s Eve to install a belt they charged me for but did not have in stock. However a word of advice - if you make a commitment to call someone on a certain day and assure the customer you will not be closing early on NYE then at least call no matter how busy you get. I was cutting everything close so I told them I was leaving town so later was not an option. They did get the job done and I am thankful but their CS skills could be improved.
