I went to get my oil changed and was told “ma’m... as much as we would like to take your money, your oil doesn’t need changed “. Come back in 700-800 miles and check then. Now... that’s awesome customer service!! I will be back! Thank you so much for your honesty!

I’ve been a loyal Valvoline customer for many years and this is why I always will be....based on my cars mileage, manufacturer recommend my serpentine belt be changed. I was told this at last oil change as they always review those recommendations. Finally was getting around to it and after the guy looked at it then had both his coworkers also check they said they didn’t feel it needed to changed it seemed almost brand new to them, but if I still wanted to spend the $80 that was my choice.
