I was nervous to bring in my car because I had always brought it to the dealership just to be safe. Well, I got tired of spending too much $ and came here because my husband only brings our other vehicle here. Everyone involved was amazing and super friendly! We all had great conversations about kids and marriage. Thanks so much, I will only be coming here!

Cant tell you how much of a blessing these guys were! Came in there telling them i only had enough for a basic oil change (and that was with a coupon), then they told me i had 3 rear light bulbs out, they started changing it... i told them i would check my card but not sure what i had... they continued to change them anyways... at the end they handed me the bill... lights alone were $36... all i had was $26 total, $20 for the oil. I was just here today getting my oil changed. The guys who work at this location are really great! Fast, friendly and always informative. I am glad I started coming here vs the W. Salem location.
I have always struggled trying to find a place I don’t feel like I’m being worked over by. The guys at this location are great! They are always smiling and super friendly. Michael, Shane, and Lee were super quick! They did an amazing job! Michael explained everything they were doing and showed me the things I needed replaced and what I didn’t need to replace! I highly recommend these guys and this store! Thank you so much for doing an awesome job. You guys should seriously be recognized by the company!
Good service, but I wish there was less up selling. I miss XPress Lube... too bad they sold out to a conglomerate.
