Today these folks opened a half hour early when they found me in their parking lot with my engine light on! Very grateful, this time especially. I always come here!
We come there all the time and is normally really good but today we are Very unhappy. The guy we had...had no idea on what he was doing. Fluids were not topped off, he attempted to take air filter out and in process was side tracked never took it out to check nor did he fasten in back up. I had to do it when i left. Didnt offer us options for oil just assumed we wanted to pay 60.00 for an oil change. Handed us a battery slip with no explanation. At end explained nothing about services. Lazy careless workmanship. Did not put my skid plate back on my new car correctly. Did not tuck it under bumper as they should have and did not put back SIX bolts. Almost caused serious damage. I had to sit on 95 Southbound in Stonington for an hour with my child because it started ripping off on the highway after their workers messed it up. They also got blue crap all over my bumper from their hoses. Will never give them my business again.
