My teenage daughter had and oil change there and we had a known burnt out brake light. They completely missed it on the light check and stated that everything was fine. We had to tell them that one was out. Then they poorly secured a skid plate on the bottom of the vehicle which dried on the ground. When I called to discuss these service deficits, I was told that “it’s probably because she went to the car wash and it loosen the bolts.“ I asked for a full refund. I never heard back.
