They lost my oil cap and could not find it. I had to sit in my vehicle for over 2 hours until someone went to purchase a new one. I was promised that my cost would be refunded. This was on 12/4/18. It is now 12/13/18 and I still have not had my funds credited to my account. I was told by customer service that someone would call me back in 12/10/18. That didn’t happen either.
Joe and his team ALWAYS do an amazing job, are very conscious of customer needs and are all friendly. This is my car's happy place.
They offer stellar service, very informative but not pushy. I HIGHLY recommend!!
