This place is a joke. I waited for an hour just to pull into a bay. Watched others being taken ahead of me. Once you get in there you can’t get out so I was stuck! I’m assuming the guy who came out to check my lights and signals was the manager. He gave me a $10 coupon which meant I couldn’t use my $8 one. Guess my time was only worth $2. I will not be back there. This was a second try for you and you failed miserably!

I went to get a quick oil change today. There was, as always, a long line. I was 2nd in line when they let the guy behind me get in front of me. Manager claimed she didn't know. So instead of fixing the problem she just didn't care and said she was sorry. Bad customer service. I would not waste my time nor will I ever go back...even if it's the last place on earth. Dont waste your time...all they will just say sorry. The obviously don't care.
This was a terrible experience. They made my wife pay $80+ for an oil change when she only needed to get a regular oil change for $30. Terrible customer service and we will not be returning.
Never high pressure, always 100% amazing service. I drive across lancaster for Valvoline because they’re that great to work with.
