I had to give a 5 star rating because the staff there was very friendly. They explained everything they were doing to the degree that I understood. I laughed because I said to one of the guys "I have no idea what you're talking about, my husband should've come in." Laughing with me I was assured I would know what was necessary and I would get a print out of recommended services. Cool beans. It was a pleasure to have the crew on 104th and SS service my vehicle. I will be returning.
