***DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They messed up my engine!!*** Got my oil changed and was notified I needed a new plug for the drain pan. Had them replace that and everything seemed fine for a few weeks. Unbeknownst to me, the oil had been leaking because they DID NOT TIGHTEN the replacement plug all the way. My vehicle started making a noise so I took it to my mechanic and he notified me that my oil was low. He discovered the plug was very loose and that is why the oil had leaked out. No customer service! They screwed up a simple oil change and only will repay what I had to do at Honda to fix it but should also reimburse the 50 dollars for the awful oil change that almost caused an accident on the highway!! I’ve gone for over ten years and this happens for the first time and they don’t seem to car! They forgot to replace the splash shield !! Would not go here again. Sitting in line and employees letting their buddies cars cut in line right before me. No appts here but they tried to make me believe that. Now sitting at Speedee Sticker Oil Change on Hwy 51.
