Properly torque the oil pan bolt.
Losers absolutely losers...striped the drain plug on my moms 05 Dodge Durango then declined responsibility and refused a receipt talked to a service manager and he was not very nice...now the car needs 1200$+ in repair...Customer service was contacted and still waiting on a response I do not recommend this place!!!
I went for a oil change in my car this am they stripped my oil plug but tried to blame me and said it’s because my car is older and has a lot of miles ummm no my car was NOT leaking oil but after they stripped the oil plug it won’t come in or out and it is going to cost me like $800 to fix as I now need a whole new oil pan and they say they are not responsible🤔🤔🤔🤔
