The service was veery costly, much more than what I usually pay at a competitor. The staff was very friendly, but do not know their business. I left with my "maintenance required" still displayed on my dashboard-- no one knew how to shut it off. That was an annoyance, but the fact that no cared annoyed me more. Their answer was it's just something you'll get used to">!! I will never go there again.
RecommendedBeen going here for 8 years now being all my 3 cars to get an oil change no complaints on my end I see a lot of ppl complaining about price we’ll sign up for they’re emails they will send you a coupon with a reminder that you need time up done or that they miss you 😆 really they do send these type of emails but with coupons and discounts so I pay good prices for my oil changes also if you don’t want extra stuff done to your car say so you are not obligated to get extra work done if you went just for an oil change the guys a... read more
Just wanted to say I really enjoyed my first visit today! It's nice being able to be there with the mechanics to discuss/look at what needs to be done, if anything, other than the regular oil change. The mechanics were polite, patient, and not pushy! It made us feel a lot more at ease. Thank you!
I took my daughters car at my wife’s request to get a change due to the sticker on the windshield. We were at 4000 miles since last change. After I had a pleasant experience at store zip 06051, after I got home I decided to check the owners manual on scheduled maintenance. Much to my surprise my vehicle schedule is 10000 miles!
