RecommendedAnother great experience at this location! This time it was Christy, Travis, and Andrew. I got off work at 5, picked up my pup, and remembered ‘I have GOT to get my oil changed.’ I pulled up, Christy walked out and was so sweet to my pup. I told her my AC doesn’t work very well and she immediately suggested we go hang out in the waiting room instead of staying in the car while they change the oil. The team was super fast, AS ALWAYS! Everyone here was awesome. I had an oil change, coolant flush, tire rotation, and air filter swap. Polite. Courteous. Quick. First time here for any maintenance, and it was a great experience. Thank you gentlemen.
The crew at Valvoline truly puts on a show, even just for a routine oil change, and it’s FAST. The crew was SO funny, entertaining and above all, SO NCIE. I told them I was worried I wouldn’t have time during lunch for both my inspection and oil change, and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes with payment and paperwork included. This team totally rocks. 🤘🏻

I got lucky because I drove up and there was no wait (because of the rain maybe?). They got me in and out in way less than 15 minutes, and let me know what maintenance is due based on my trucks mileage-which I love because I am bad at keeping tracking of that. My receipt says my team was Melissa, Martin, Jeremy, and I know there was one other gentleman there. They were great and SO nice! I hope they get the recognition they deserve--Thank you again!
Fast.... friendly....service...I've used them many times but this visit was the best...I didn't have to exit my car and I was done in 10 minutes...
Bad costumer service. Not coming back ever...I prefer the one on Troup hwy.
