This is my wife’s experience with y’all today. Unacceptable!!! Omg! Don’t go the Vavoline @ 69th & Minnesota 🤬!!! For a quick oil change, we sat for over half an hour, it was more expensive than the place I usually go (this one is closer to my house 🤷🏻♀️), they replaced some filter & it cost extra. So about 45 min & $100+ later....#TheyLostACustomerToday
