Horrible experience. Techs were disgusting and smelled very bad. Tried to up-sell products and services not needed. Were rude when denied their sales pitch.
DO NOT have these people work on your car. If the computer doesn't tell them what they need to know, they have no clue about even the most basic mechanics of an engine. They insist on removing your air filter in an attempt to sell you a new one but when they put it back in, they put it in with the dirty side going in to the engine. Two days later my car almost died. Went to Walmart first , they told me 3-4 hours !! Called and talked to someone here ( didn’t get a name ) super friendly and he said 15 mins ! Sold. Might be a little more expensive but he gave me a discount for my first time there. Will be back,honestly I’ll pay extra for a better experience.

The oil change was wayyyyyyy more than I thought it would be, but he gave me a discount for 1st time with this car. Very polite and informative, but I will look around for something a little less expensive next time.
Located at US41 and Shamrock in Venice...at the Mobile Gas Station..Service was Quick and Affordable..
The fact that I have to at least give one star is giving these guys too much credit. They made a mess of my engine compartment with oil. It leaked all over my driveway. They didn't put my air filter back on correctly which caused a vacuum leak and made my truck run like crap. They denied any wrong doing. And they left a oil funnel in my engine compartment. These guys were professional and personable! Not pushy....showed us things like air and cabin filters and if they needed changed. We will be coming back for both of our cars from now on!!!
