Totally have to give it to these guys. Walmart turned me away at 6:25 PM (They close at 7:00 PM and had one car ahead of me that was almost done). I called Valvoline, and James told me if I could get there before 7:00 PM, they'd change my oil. I got there at 6:55 and not only were they extremely friendly, good-spirited, and happy to help, but James helped me look up a $15.00-off coupon for my oil change. You guys rock. Thanks so much!
Tryed to sell me a belt replacement. There was nothing wrong with it as confirmed by 2 other mechanics! My car had 33,000 miles! You have now lost business from my family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors :(
Horrible. Dangerous. They didn't see that my brakes were metal to metal. I was just there & let them look again & they said they didn't see any damage!!! REALLY Took car to Firestone right after & they showed me how easy is was to see the severity of the damage to my brakes from months of vavoline not notifying me about the issue. My brake pads were metal to metal and every 3000 miles I would get an oil change & tire rotation & they always say it all looked great (tired/pads/brakes). What a load of crap.
