I took my SUV there a couple Fridays ago for an oil change. They let me know my middle/top brake light was out and asked if I wanted them to change it and told me how much. I agreed, but after trying for about 5 mins, the guy said he couldn’t figure out how to change it so they couldn’t change it for me. Had some spare time while a friend was enrolling at Ivy Tech & I was overdue for an oil change. The whole experience was pretty standard until they brought in the air filters for me to look at & decide to have them replaced or not. One wasn't even the right size & shape for my car! Come on! Isn't that scheme getting a little too old to pull? Now I gotta add Valvoline to the list of places I can't trust.
