Maybe I’m just used to being at the location in Knoxville but these people are NOT happy to be here and are not trying to hide it. Geez...I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere...

Every single time I come here, the staff is beyond hospitable. They open the door for me in the lobby, keep me posted step by step and treat you like your a guest in their home. They are like the Chick-fil-a of the oil change world. Thanks to all of you!!

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. I won a free oil change from Valvoline and when I searched online to see which store I could use it, it brought up this store. When I went to redeem it they wouldn't take it. And they weren't even friendly.
