took for oil change they specifically say on paperwork they reset the oil service but it's still saying my oil is at 40%.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I went there for a simple oil change. Not complicated, right? I told them that I did not want synthetic oil and they kept bugging me several times and told me that not having it would void my warranty. Not sure what warranty they think my 10 year old car has... Anyway, while waiting, they come to tell me that I must have a premium oil filter-even though I am using standard oil. I really felt like this was a shake down. Their management changes quickly and is of extremely erratical quality and perhaps integrity. They vary from shockingly professional and fast to slow and vexatious of the spirit to a degree that dances upon the line between civil wrong and criminal wrong.
The guys over there have friendly attitudes and were very efficient!
Had started having my oil changed at the Sardis Road location in 3 cars and was going to take my diesel truck in, UNTIL I took a car in for inspection. The car failed inspection due to window tinting, HOWEVER they charged me for the inspection and didn't pass it. I get to remove the tint, take it back and pay them the $6 dollar fee to have it passed. NO THANKS, I will take it somewhere else and pay the full price yet again. I WILL NOT be doing ANY MORE business with this facility and will not hesitate to tell others the same... read more
