RecommendedI usually use the LaVergne location for alternating oil changes with my mechanic. I found the assistant manager to be very disrespectful. When my car was put into the system, they said it was registered to someone who purchased my husband’s old vehicle. The assistant manager seemed very unfriendly and put out when we tried to give him our correct name, address, etc. Our account was finally brought up but there was no apology for the mistake in their system after feeling as if we had done something wrong. The employees that are really courteous and they do a good job or so it seems. I use the pure synthetic oil and I find it to be very expensive. The last time I took it before this last visit was like $100 for the oil change and a tire rotation. This time it was over $120 I find that to be way too expensive for what it is
My husband took his van to La Vergne store for the past 2 years for oil change and lube. They never greased the front end and told us they did. Found out from an employee that the lube machine had been broken for over 18 months! They refused to pay for the repairs caused from them lying about greasing the front end.
The workers argued, sprayed oil on the windshield, and they are super slow.
