Brought our vehicle there for the last oil change. Whoever did it CLEARLY put a stripped oil plug back in and now it’s not coming out. Called to ask if they could help us with it and Jeff said absolutely! Said we could take it to the Valvoline closest to us in Minnesota and they would take care of it. I brought it in today and called to verify that it would be taken care of and spoke with Elias? He claimed to be the manager. He was extremely rude to myself, and the techs working on my vehicle. Went in today for an oil change ... Chris the manager was super informative on the phone prior to me showing up and as well he went over everything again when I got there. Elias took care of my oil change and checking everything for me, he was super helpful in explaining things & keeping me informed on what was being done! GREAT customer service and I will DEFINITELY be recommending & going again!!

Went to get my first oil change and they charged me $56! They took advantage of me and that pisses me off.. will not be going back
