They did 1010.99$ in damages to my rocker panels/moldings while lifting my car. And will Not pay to fix it. Shameful.

BEWARE!!! Don't ever take your car for any service to any Valvoline, but especially this one. Their technicians are completely incompetent and can't perform a simple oil change without messing it up. Their managers are useless. I promise if you take your car here they will end up doing thousands of dollars in damages and than make up excuses after the fact. I arrived and waited in line and the car in the bay ahead of me pulled out so I was next. They came up and said we need you to back up we are going to take this other lady first. Mind you she and I pulled in at the same time. I had already been waiting over 45 minutes and had a coupon that expired today but I refused to be treated as a second class citizen. Needless to say I wasted my time sitting there. This place is slow, unprofessional. Go get your oil changed somewhere else.
