I was working in the area and decided to stop at Valvoline for an oil change. I asked them to also rotate tires. After rotating the tires they had a hard time putting the hubcaps back on the wheel. They told me they were probably old. I had just replaced two of those hubcaps about a year ago And they were all in good shape. I got home and one of them was already missing. The overall vibe was great. Chris came over with a huge smile ready to help me. Never made me feel like an inconvenience or that he didn't want to be at work. He explained everything being done or that should be done. Absolutely professional the whole way through the job being done. Asked questions and was respectful as ever. The Manager took the time to explain to me the different types of oil. I did not feel pressured. Service was fast and even though I paid a little more compared to Mavis, You guys checked my fluids so to me it was worth it. I also like how I do not have to exit the vehicle. Do yourself a favor & go to a reputable auto shop for an oil change. I made the mistake of going to valvoline (Fishkill location) for an oil change. Less than 2 months later my oil light came on. I brought my car in to a different auto shop where I was advised that there was NO oil in the car. Bone dry was how they described it. They provided me with a receipt with detailed notes indicating there was no oil in the car prior to them putting it in.
